BACK TO THE BEGINNING

We had the design, but now for the colour-ways ….. so back to basics and coloured each layer and design detail individually.

The first design from VELVET AND BANANAS - THE PARASOL PATTERN was part of a design which came in glazed chintz at Dunham Massey in Cheshire, home of The Countess of Stamford, daughter of Lord Elcho. Elcho Castle, by coincidence is situated close to our family’s farm The Grange of Elcho in Scotland.
